Our History

You may already know us from the popular image site ImageResizer.com. Operating this site taught us a lot about converting and optimizing images on a large scale. So naturally, we wanted to use that knowledge to help people easily convert their files.

We started in 2018 with a plan to convert any image to any other format, we quickly ran out of image converters to make and extended the site to offer audio, video, and even document conversions.

Our Mission

To make it simple and fast to convert one file format to another. We aim for simplicity but also have a powerful API that allows users to fine-tune their conversion parameters.

We serve about 1.5 Million visitors every month who convert 100,000+ files daily using more than 1000 file conversion tools. This amounts to about 70 file conversions each minute. Also, in 2020 we got into prestigious Alexa 5000 club.
